Love Mekong Express. Simply the best transport provider in Cambodia.

Yeah! Its great.. is it that our passports in the border were never collected by the one who checked it and we were required to pay 2 dollars.. its a trap!

Aircon is poor in hot season.

We were lucky to get on an earlier bus but we’re not provided with any water or towel like stated, air con was terrible and the journey was 2 1/2 hours longer than predicted. awful cramped bus

Second time with Mékong express : a younger bus than the first Time but always disfunctionnal air conditionned and a 4h20 journey instead of 3! Always very far from the top luxury service !!!!

7 of us enjoy our travel with your bus from Siem Reap to Pnomphen. we did not expect that there is a free snack during our travel. However from PhnomPhen to HoChiMin were not comfortable with your bus. It is so hot during our trip. Thank you.

Bus vieillot, la climatisation fonctionne mal, pas de WiFi (publicité mensongère), retardé de presque 2 heures, le chauffeur s'arrête 2 fois pour prendre des passagers.

Too less space between seats for tall people. Driver didn't inform in english about the duration of the lunch break, so that nearly all foreigners didn't eat in the restaurant. There was no information to get off the bus in the center of Siem Reap.

It was very helpful that the inspector told every information twice at the front and in the middle of the bus in clear english.
