Bus was cancelled without any reason

The bus was broken and sounded really noisy from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. And they were late for our schedule nearly 3 hours because of this

The only problem is the way the driver kept overtaking in the face of oncoming traffic and the couple of close misses we had with other traffic.

Good service, punctual, friendly

Can't praise the service enough, really friendly and accommodating inspector and driver, but the bus was old and wobbly. Not very comfortable for a 6 hour trip. And on such hot and humid weather too.

This was the small VIP bus. Always prefer these for the large old uncomfortable busses. Seats are good, air on works, driver can drive faster and thereby keep the time plan.

Old bus had old interior and smelled of gasoline. the air con was not working properly. The other passengers were allowed to talk loudly, listen loudly to phones (film streaming) etc witch made is disturbing. The bus was two hours late = 33%

Got me where I was going but I did need a bit of direction on how to actually get into the Airport once I arrived.

Great services. Provided with clean pillow, blanket and snacks. Bonus, they do not play karaoke in the bus.
