A poor experience. Someone was in our seats so didn’t get what we booked, no room left for our bags which were wedged between our legs, some fast and dangerous driving and we had to ask for a toilet break despite being told we would stop half way.

Safe drive, comfortable seats had a couple of stops in journey to use facilities. After using another company Mekong Express won both times.

I had an issue with my passport at the border. This resulted in my processing taking 50 minutes. The bus left without. There NEEDS to be a better system for keeping track of people that have passport problem. Would not take again.

The Van doesn’t have wifi though the bus is really comfortable. It was nice that they assisted us in our passports.

Drive took longer than expected but we got there. Driver was really helpful by helping sort out connecting journey to the hotel. Be aware if getting off before the final destination the Tuk tuk drivers will pounce.

We booked online is c and d seat (together) But the bus actually only 3 row, so I and m friend have to sit not next to each one, very unhappy about this

Mekong Express said it will take 3 hours. But it was 4 hours, really. Because I think the driver is very safety. Good!
