Great service. Bus attendant got us through customs very smoothly and two rather rude ladies who did not understand they had to wait for their visa.....were treated by him, with great tolerance. I shook his hand for putting up with such rude silly women.

The overall experience was good.

The staff onboard was rude, the bus arrived at destination point after 7,5 instead of advertised 6 hours, the bus was in a bad condition and the restaurant stop is in a terrible, dirty and expensive place. Avoid!

Dangerous driver, very bad roads,: the passagers are not quiet and tired after three hours.

I did not go on this trip. I emailed and sent an SMS message with no reply from either. You need to respond to foreigners communication. Thank you

Travelled from Phnom Penh to Kampot. Says it should take 3 hours but it took 6.5 hours because the driver took a detour to drop off locals.

The ride should take 4 hours but it took almost 6 hours. You need to put that on your site, 4 hours is just not achievable. Be honest about tha And I don’t know what you mean with ‘inspector’ so I can’t rate that

We started absolutely on time and everything worked very well! The trip took 4 hours though instead of 3, but we already expected that as it says so in lonely planet. Maybe mekong express should say 4 hrs instead of 3. But overall very good!

The bus has no wifi (it was indicated in the page that there is a wifi) and the AC is not good the weather inside the bus is too hot.
