The drive was pleasant enough although the driver was probably going a bit fast. Bus did not have wifi and no snacks were provided. We could not be dropped near our hotel either.

No wifi, bit warm and uncomfy seats. So many stopover because they still pick up passengers along the way. It took a lot of time at the border since the locals put money in their passport for them to stamp first by the police. Guide is not approachable.

The bus from Siem Reap to PP was comfortable, but the bus from PP to Ho Chi Min had no enough leg room. Only stop was 5 mins, no lunch stop, plus 20 mins stop before the cambodia-vietnam border. The lady staff was nice..It was OK all in all

Wifi not available, air conditioned not cool, quite old bus and shaking, toilet has bad smell.

Good service from Mekong Express, not so good from Bookmebus. They refused my pick up point and via their online chat told me also it wasn’t available. Hotel manager called Mekong Express directly as he said they do pick up where I stayed, and they did.

I booked tickets but it was only after I’d done this that it became apparent that we could not take suitcases in the minivan. I emailed 4 times requesting a refund as per their policy, even emailed in Khmer but no response and no refund Can’t give 0

Very reliable bus company.we stopped at a place for 15 mins to go to toilet ( decent toilets for Cambodia) , and to pick up snacks.value for money
