Very good, puntual and the driver helps a lot in the frontier with camboya

The mini van came on time and at the pick up location which was agreed. We all received water and some cold wet wipes which was nice. We stopped on the way to Battambang for a 10 mins break so that we could use the toilet or have a snack. Good service!

Nice minibus. Liked the free water and biscuits. Only negative was that the bus set off 14 minutes later than scheduled

Our on line booking wasn't transmitted to the Battambang Mekong Express office! And the hour of the departure was false. The on line booking is just catastrophic, it's better for you to stop it.

My ticket said the bus was gonna stop inside Siem Reap, but it stopped almost 30min with car outside of the town. So had to grab a Tuktuk. They were lined outside when we arrived of course. Making me pay 5$ in addition to the ticket, so that sucked

The bus departed on time but was 2 hours late. Also, the attended was not very approachable. The good thing is the bus is comfortable but the AC needs improvement.

More than 5 hours late on arrival and a collision with a pick up truck, we almost got killed
