Booked a minivan and ended in a 40 years old bus full of mosquitoes, water was leaking in the luggage compartment... If you can choose another bus company then do it, Mekong Express is a joke lol

We were led to believe that the buses had Wi-Fi. The first bus had none at all and on the second bus the network was visible and the attendant gave out the password but it did not work for anyone. In 2020, Wi-Fi absolutely MUST work.

Dro med buss fra Phom Pehn til Siem Reap, Turen var behagelig brede seter og masse rom for beina. Var litt engstelig da det ikke kom noen ved Pick up service fra hotellet. Men de hadde kontroll. Kom først da bussen hadde adgang. Bussen ventet.

Bus departed on time, arrived about 1 hour late. Driving standard was okay. Back row of seats (4 in a row) is poorer value as the seats are smaller. Interior of the bus was good condition and aircon worked well. Rest stops were good.

My seat was terrible,really unconfortable, luckily I could change it after 2 hours Nevertheless, the bus was too bad and too old. Please, try to invest in your fleet.

The bus was old and the trip took 8 and a half hours
