On-time departure. Bus comfortable and seatbelts available. Due to major construction works on the road, companies should really reconsider the ETA. Trip took approx. 90 minutes longer, no way to arrive on the scheduled arrival time.

a little bit delayed because of adjusting the time of departure. that's why its late arrival going to Ho chi minh.

The van was not what pictures in the page show, it is old, the driver did a good job in a very difficult and dangerous road

It took way longer. I booked a mini-van but it was just a normal bus. Not enough space to store all the luggage so it was quite an uncomfortable ride for some...

The ride was very good, the only thing that would be considered not good was the amount of time it took (8 hours) to get to Phnom Penh. Of course, the reason for the extra time was due to the amount of traffic on the road (beginning of the Tet Holiday).

After yesterday's rickitty bus. Today BB to SR was a nicely refurbished 23 seater with lots of leg room. Shame the suspension was not designed for serious road reconstruction. But a good ride..

Probably the best Mekong Express driver in my opinion
