I enjoyed my trip and the bus stops were timely and well placed. The seats were a little small but still ok.

I don't no what is ment by inspector

Driver made detours to pick up soup for his personal use. Also driver talked on his phone and was distracted the entire time making the drive even longer. I take Mekong because your driver are fast and pay attention to the road. He DID NOT

I had a rather bad experience with Mekong Express. Got overcharged for "border fees" and we arrived in Saigon 2hrs later than expected. Would not recommend.

Booked the VIP 28 seater bus but the 40 seater bus came instead. Bus is old and dirty. Very disappointed with the bus and we paid more for the VIP 28 seater option.
