Better than expected. Bad road bur careful driving. 30 minutess late, which is less than usual according to pick up guy 1 break on the way, which was fine.

office staff didn't explain delay of bus in detail. blackout the waiting room for more than 1hours

Appreciate if a family wants to travel together, and adults have bought their seats, do so for the children too. It is very uneasy to sit in a bus with children trying to share the seat with parents and with legs moving up and down and kicking you.

I was more than happy with our bus drive from phnom penh to siem riep. Very comfortable, on time, and friendly staff.

No one cleaned the van before departure then there were old tissue and coffee bottle left by previous passengers. Lack of hygiene. No drinking water and tissue arranged for passenger. Car is a bit old then it was a bit noisy.
