Good trip excellent hotel vary varied

The puck-up at the hotel was late, they eventually came to pick us up after the departure time whereas they ask to be at the meeting point 20min prior departure! I think that to be a but ironic.

Best night bus ive taken. Staff spoke excellent English, seats were clean comfortable and fun pattern, snack provided, arrived at times scheduled.

Good service and very organised.

The bus departed on time however managed to lose two hours along the way. The traffic was pretty bad in a couple of places however that didn't account for the full two hours. The staff did not give clear instructions when we reached the border

Everything is good except booking email says we get free pickup but when I email back I’m told you don’t pick up passengers~
