My friends and I had the worst experience ever in traveling to the borderline of Vietnam and Cambodia. our passport has no stamp it cause us a lot of damage financially, time, emotionally and physically. MEKONG was not able to help and accomodate us.

Overcharging foreign tourists for visa fee. When we refused to pay the driver got annoyed and just drove of without us. When exiting the border control another guy was waiting for us to bring us (for money) to the place where the driver has dinner

The bus was good and comfortable. If it had arrived on time, I’d have say “ it was great.” It took 8 hours to get to Ho chi min city, although we’d been informed it’s 6 hours. But other things were just fine. I’ll use the bus again when I need it.

Good in general terms but last stop was unnecesary only for spend money at the shop.

The trip was pretty good, the only thing is that between the lunch break and the time at the border the trip was more 7 than 6 hours

I had a good travel. Before departing, I got a bread and water. And stoped 2times. It was Very propet to me!

The trip was too long and delayed, but the service was good and helpful all the time and the driver skills were excellent. We would recommend Mekong Express service to our friends

No WiFi after crossing Vietnam Border. The bus from Pnom Pehn to Siem Reap has water leaking.
