Great staff and service

As negative my review is for the bus servicing their morning travels, this VIP bus for overnight travel is probably one of the best ones I've ever had in my entrie experience of traveling. I will highly recommend.

We arrived about 30 to 40 mins late. The attendant who goes around getting our passports is seriously not accommodating in answering our questions. The bus is dirty and old which is incomparable to the one we used for overnight and the difference is 3usd

Brilliant. Very comfy

I have used this company many times, and it's extremely rare to have wifi available, but they still advertise it. Would be nice if they gave you the option of several drop off points, but that's only for Khmer passengers. No other major complaints

We were worried about the bus trip as we had heard so many bad stories... but this trip was fantastic! Very comfortable and excellent service. We were even given cold water and yummy pastries for breakfast!

Driver was below par - a very bumpy ride. The hostess on the ride was poor, and incredibly rude. She demanddd for me to sit in another seat, despite already reserving seats. I felt that the poor treatment was as I was white. Everybody but me got water.

I would rate it a star less for the bus not being on time, and making a lot of stops on the way to pick up and drop passengers. Also no wifi on the bus but mentioned otherwise on the website. The staff was extremely polite.
