It took us a long time to arrive in Phnom Penh. Communication is definitely a working point: we didn't know the time of arrival, that there was a lunch stop or what happened at the border control. This could be far more better! Good price though.

Guy behind me burped for the whole trip. Could not sleep since the bus driver honked every 20 seconds.

Snacks were given including the bus transfer. The bus staff properly instructed us what to do for the transfer. They informed us the stops, what time we will be arriving in Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh. I am more than happy with their service.

Ok went on time and arrived about went expected. My bum bloody sore by the time we arrive

Fast and efficient

Too cold inside (a/c to check). It was difficult to communicate with the driver who did not speak english. Good experience overall

We got stuck in traffic and late 10 minutes, our life local driver requested to wait and they did. Awesome driver.

Our bus left and arrived exactly on time. Comfortable enough, a little cramped but overall a good trip!
