Was booked on a different bus by the company without telling me beforehand as they had cancelled their own bus. Went from front seat for myself to middle of the back row with an absolute terrible driver. No refund or even apology given.

The bus was on time.....the fast track through the border clearly was paid for.through our.bought tickets. The minus was the actual bus itself as.it.looked.pretty tired and old...no WiFi and seats were.narrow so it was pretty cramped !

Your inspector said we've been to Cambodia many times and need to pay the custom officers USD 2 ( 1 each for Cambodia & Vietnam ) to avoid delay so I pay him to settle all problems. Is this the way? we normally join bus from Bavet no food given?

Mekong express needs improvement with the bus but the crew are very helpful

Utter sh*t. Not allowed on the bus. Staff were hostile and unprofessional. No refund. No help. No assistance. Just left to fend for ourselves which meant we then missed our flight the next day. Never use this company unless you really have to.

The bus is old and in very bad condition, wifi not working, seat very rundown, air condition not cold.

We left late and stopped to change a tire. Very helpful at crossing the border.

Bus très propre et bien équipée (avec prises). Le seul point négative est la sécurité pour les bagages.
