We left ten minutes but it was due to waiting for late passengers. Arrived basically on time, and the boarder crossing was so easy. Would definitely recommend

Mekong Bus to much old.

Nothing much to say about the cleanliness or comfort of the bus. Its comfortable enough for me. However, 6 hours of travel time duration is too optimistic. In reality, it took us 8 hours to reach Ho chi minh from Phnom penh.

Driving too fast in the rain, dropping and picking people up along the route, nearly had an accident because of bad driving... I won't use you again..

The AC was not workin and we were like in a sauna room for 12 hours. Although I really appreciate the bus helper guy he was so apologetic and sincerely tried to help everyone.

6 hours trip with 3 short stops and 1 longer stop. So de, my longest trip with Mekong Express. Group of Chinese with wrong booking occupied the bus. My reserved seat was not available.

Everything was fine, except the late arrival (about 45 min later than the schedule.)
