Really happy with Mekong Express. Clean, comfortable, polite, and connected me to my hostel afterwards :) I was in a van- air con worked, no ants, got my reserved seat.

Aircon not cold, the car abit old, the place they break for the food, the food not nice to eat.

Overall happy with this trip! Good driver, staff and arrived on time. However, there were a ton of ants on the bus - I got quite a few bites during the trip.

The staff provides the better service than other companies, welcoming, driving, and caring to customers; but just a small comment the space to sleep is little small.

Superb

The seat I booked (window seat) was given to a local and I was told I never booked a seat. When I showed them my seat number they didn't care. Tourist are ALWAYS ripped off and it's disgusting. Will NOT be using your company again.

Drove reasonably. No wifi or power on bus. Very attentive and helpful staff. Asian music was playing throughout the journey, but not overly loud. Would do again, but will opt for a company that has wifi.
