Bus nya lumayan nyaman lah. Dikasih snack & air mineral juga. Untuk pelayanan paspor di imigrasi juga diurus oleh kondektur bus. Tapi pelayanan paspor hanya di perbatasan Kamboja saja, begitu masuk di perbatasan Vietnam penumpang harus keluar bus.

Good service. Bus left on time and arrived on time.

Ok for price. No wifi or ability to charge phone on board. Guide got through visa process on Viet/Cam border but was pretty rude to passengers who had already got e visas in advance. Having said that $23 for a 5.5 hour bus trip is pretty good value.

It is very comfortable night bus - I like it

Unfortunately we were over an hour late. We also were not told that we would get dropped off at the hotel and so we booked a tuk tuk for $6 which was annoying. Thanks, Sam

With free snacks and drinks. Comfortable travel

Tire lost pressure during drive, another burst completely. Did not have equipment to fix. Long snack break. Arrived several hours late. No wifi.

Driver was rude/not very friendly, didnt prepare us on whats happening , we didnt have a longer break to eat something - only one break when we asked for a toilet - maybe he had a bad day
