Some more communication regarding border crossing would be helpful, very uncertain process with passports not in our possession.
We enjoyed our trip. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly. We appreciate that we were given water, WiFi, and it had charger adopter on the bus. Thank you!
It was raining and the driver was really good
I highly recommend this company. I booked the front seat, which was awesome cause I got to see everything, although I must admit I slept most of the way. The stop for food was really good, the driver and other passengers really friendly, the AC very cool.
I booked 2pm Departure by big BUS but when I was clicking it was for a VIP bus, when I arrived on Mekong Express station everyone is confused, they think I am for VIP Van departure for 3:30pm. Bad communication between companies.
Very slow internet, bus arrived late, poor leg space, seat locations were incorrect our seats were changed Smooth border crossing, Clean bus !!!
Most comfortable bus I've used anywhere in the world - seats were more like armchairs. Lots of leg room too which is important when you are tall! Road is a bit bumpy but can't be helped of course, I enjoyed listening to music and watching outside.
Bus left on time, driver drove fairly safely - there's a lot of overtaking on this road so it's best not to look. He did spend a bit of time on his phone while driving which wasn't good. We left at 1:30 and arrived at 7pm.
