Good service, got us there in good time, would use again

Staffs are really nice and helpful, accurateness information provided on each stop.

Unfortunately the driver didnt pick us up, and the company didnt pay refund. We were asking pick up from the hotel, and we were waiting at the reception from 30 minutes before the bus start. The driver didnt call us, and didnt speak with the repection.

Mekong Service was wonderful, the bus was clean and comfortable, our driver was perfect and the way he drove was beyond my expectations considering the traffic. We will recommend Mekong Express to all our friends. More than satisfied by your company!!!

The bus departed on time and arrived a little after the time – but in the drivers defense, the traffic was chaotic in Phnom Pehn. Very comfortable bus, lots of space for legs and bags. Nothing to complaint about — would definitely book it again!
