Driver was adviced by inspector at Sihanoukville to drop us off in Phnom Penh Before the final stop. He forgot and didn‘t even say sorry. He just said: i don‘t speak english and turned away. Very unfriendly!

Lat, our driver, was extremely efficient and an excellent driver. My husband had the opportunity to sit in the front passenger seat on the trip. The experience made him very appreciative of Lat’s excellent driving skills.

The condition of the bus was very old and air conditioning is like not working well. It was hot and make my whole journey so uncomfortable. The seats are small and there’s not much leg space too. The free wifi was not really able to be connected.

Everyone was friendly, full of smiles and consideration. Bus driver honked a lot but was safe. The attendant on the bus made sure we were informed and taken care of at each junction. We stopped several times to pick up locals for extra cash. Made us late.

Terrible experience with bookmebus. You issued 2 tickets for journey, when I called, person kept hanging up as they cant speak English (so why give a phone number?). Was issued with new ticket - seat 5A, bus didn't have a seat 5A. Won't use bookme again.

Departed perfectly on time, but arrival was much later. Ticket said arrival at 11.17 (which I already knew couldn't be right), actually arrived at 2pm. Half hour stop along the way is too long, 10-15 minutes would have been much better

We accidentally went to the wrong Mekong Station, and a driver took us to the correct station while the bus waited a few minutes. Unexpected, excellent service.
