I booked air conditioning and WiFi and had none of this Disappointed as I have children with me travelling

Van was clean and cool enough for the trip. We wil definitely book again.

Bus was old but comfortable to make a trip from Battambang to SiemReap. The driver was good. We have made 1 stop (20 minutes). We have arrived 1 hour late but not because of the bus. Because the roads and the traffic is complicated in Cambodia.

Awful customer service, was given incorrect information, bus was dirty, cramped and hot, driver could barely change gears, all round bad experience.

Very good service, overall. The assistance with the passports while crossing the border makes everything easier. Trip took 2h longer than predicted though, which I can understand, but it would be nice to have a more realistic schedule in the site.

The vehicle was old and the interiors quite shabby. It looked nothing like the photos on the websites. The driver was careful and drove without hurry. The attendant made all of us feel at home instantly. Overall : great staff - badly maintained vehicle.
