Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

I stated my hostel during the booking and there was an option. On the day itself i was told that my hostel was not in the coverage zone. I would appreciate it if i was informed earlier so i can plan my way there. Dissapointing.

No electricity. Couldn't use my phone to find hotel after that. My seat was spoiled - not able to adjust.

Bus driver Mr. Rathana (excellent driver) picked us up at The Riverside Hotel in Pursat before proceeding to Phnom Penh (coming from Battambang). Bus was clean and half empty, but it's actually not a VIP bus - rather an old worn-out Toyota High Ace. Brgds

I'll sue Bookmebus n MekongXpress n live on FB if I face this experience next time given my travel was changed to Khai Nam at 12 which is so rushes as the receptionist told me that the tickets were overlap but I booked this around 15 days in advance.

Bus was broken and the delay was about 2 hours
