Very comfortable but too many stops.

Bus 2 hours late to depart, no help from staff who were extremely rude and shouting abuse at one passenger who asked for an update on departure time.

Bus left on scheduled time. Waiting area needs some improvement. The bus dropped passengers on road side in Phnom Penh. Inspector is helpful but does not smile. Should give clear instructions for immigration. Snacks are good.

It's very comfortable. I will use again.

The driver was impolite and never informed passengers if what is happening. The car was old, had problem on the way and air conditioning was not cold enough.
