Very friendly staff. Clean buses Safe driver Efficient travel time

Everything was fine. Booking online without any problems. Enough stops. Bus was clean, also the on-board toilet. Chilling music :-) We got snacks and even warm lunch. The driver drove fast but secure. Arrived on time. Absolutely worth its money.

Very good service, cookies and light lunch was provided. The inspector is friendly and helps you get across the border.

The bus was terrible! Cause of broken air condition it droped water everywhere. The instructor of the bus Tour gave no instruction at all. We were forced to buy the visa in the bus for 40 dollars, too expensive... At the border we felt lost and undirected

Overall a very comfortable journey with plenty of space on the bus. The only thing I would suggest is that the inspector better explain the visa process on the border with Thailand (i.e. where to go and how long it takes).

Really good company, helped out with visa, got breakfast and lunch on the bus. They were really sweet and helpful, drove us to our accommodation when we arrived. A/C on the bus, everything was good.

The driver was ok, the bus arrived on time without driving reckless. On the negative side, the bus has no wifi, no power points to charge the phone. The steward was very rude and refused to charge my phone on his power point so i could not contact my taxi

Love the service, with free water and food on the trip. Was just disappointed that the bus stopped, next to a visa scam. Lucky we didn't fall for it. But will have loved, that the inspector will have told us, not to make visa there.

The bus itself was very, very nice and super comfortable. The meals were a little small, but the only big disappointment was that we had to take our bags and walk with them about 750 meters through the border and customs. I think every bus had to do this.
