Overall we had a smooth ride. They provided us some light snack, bottled water, pack lunch and a coffee. The bus driver and the inspector were very accomodating. They also guide us step by step in entering Cambodia. I hope they could provide free wifi :)

Smooth all through immigration and comfortable ride. Not over crowded with good A/C

The journey was good, no delays. We arrived a bit ahead of the schedule which was good. The organization of our group on the border could have been better - we were a bit confused where to go

This trip took much longer than advertised. Instead of 12 hours it was almost 17. Not good at all!

The roof of the bus leaks when it rains. Comfort is ok, but not VIP. Power outlet was working. Station in Siem Reap not in downtown. Overall it's ok but given Giant Ibis is just $4 more, Nattakan is overpriced on this route.

I was a bit nervous going to Siem Reap in a bus. But the service this company gave was great. They fed us and kept the guest hydrated. The workers were super friendly as well. Thank you!

The ride was good and the employees friendly. However, the complimentary tuk tuk drive less so. The driver tried to guilt me in ordering a day-trip from him, an unwelcome request.
