Firstly, toilet stops are very random. Sometimes there are 4, Sometimes none. Second : the driver will try to scam you in buying a visa of cambodja with him for 40 dollars instead of at the border. At last: the driver drives very dangerously.

I appreciated the meals during the bus ride. However for the tuktuk ride which was supposedly free, my companion and I were told to pay $3 each. Bus was prompt though.

So me and my friend traveled from Bangkok with the early bus to siem reap. we waited for 1 hour for departure. At the boarder we got tags with bad instruction of what to do and thrown out of and people tried to scam us. Even police waned extra 50 bath.

Generally an excellent experience. Comfortable bus, food/water provided, friendly staff, clear explanations at the border. Disappointed by the pseudo-scam about free hotel drop-off once we arrived in Siem Reap. Everything else was really great though.

We booked the bus at 08:00 AM with actual seat numbers. Unfortunately when we came the bus was full. We booked online to get guaranteed seats but we had to wait for the next bus. What is the purpose of making an online reservation if the seats are taken?!

Solo traveller- Strongly recommended. Worth the price, service provided was excellent. Inspector spoke English which was especially helpful at foreign customs. Warm lunch was provided. Inspector made sure everyone is accounted for before move off.
