Bus nearly two hours late

One of the Passenger was sick and throw up. The driver made nothing for cleaning the bus! 2 hours late and we almost missed our flight in PP. Take your disposition.

The bus was overbooked. They only had 1 empty place instead of 2. We arrive 30 minutes in advance but they said nothing. Before we go in the bus, they say that we wont go tonight. After 30 more minutes we get on the bus and add to change place after 10min

The fucking Last company . The sells seats before dapature time. After we want a refund to book an private Taxi they don't give us. Never book here of you want good service.
