Was a nice ride though!

The bus trip was much batter than expected. Reliable, friendly with one stop for dinner.

I am giving a poor review of this company because someone (one of the bus employees likely) stole $600 from my checked bag. I won’t ride with this company again.

The bus departed with 2 hours delay. Then we came into a traffic jam. On the way, approximately 40 km from Phnom Penh, the bus broke down and we had to take a tuktuk for another 12 $. The bus was rather taken by locals, since we were the only foreigners.

Should take care customer more. You should have a training course for receptionist about your app and technology, how to check customer ticket booking on the app. Do not change customer seat after they booked online.

Trip from PP to Kampot took longer than expected. I thought it takes around 3.5 to 4 hours, but it took 6 hours for the trip, driving across Kep before going to Kampot, stop multiples times. I may not use this bus again cos the duration is so long.

Driver is talkative and funny it made the trip back more enjoyable.
