The ride was smooth. The bus seats were very comfortable. The only hiccup was leaving a half hour later than scheduled. Great experience overall.

The bus was very comfortable with its sleeping seats. It's worth it for 8usd. But the departure was delayed for about 30 minutes. overall the service its very good.

There is a transit in Phnom Penh. The bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh was not so good, uncomfortable seat, I didnt have water or wet tissue, and they stopped many times to catch new passengers. The other bus from Phnom Penh was good, comfortable seat,

we were delayed leaving. The ride took about 7 hours when we thought it would be 4-5, but that was in part due to traffic / construction, not the company itself.

Overall good enough given all the road works made it a slow trip and challenge for the driver. Seat belt would be good. Aircon was excellent.
