Really uncomfortable and there were people sitting on the corridor of the bus

The most dangerous bus ride I have ever experienced. I will NEVER get a Soriya bus again. The driver should be fired from his job. We had to book a txe back from Kratie as we did not want to use the bus company on the way back to Phnom Penh. Appalling.

There weren't enough chairs on the bus station to wait. There was no staff who accompanied the trip. So when something wrong happened like someone smoked, the driver stopped the bus and looked out by himself. The worst thing: around 2.5 HOURS DELAY

It took us 6.5 hours.When we asked the driver, he didn't seem apologetic.We chose Kep because it's near and yet it was like traveling to Siem Reap.It also took us 15 mins at the counter.She didn't know BOOKMEBUS and didn't even try to find out what it is.

Overall it was a tough bus journey for me. While ticketing was smooth, the entire bus journey was a horrible experience. The air conditioning was very weak, it was too warm, the TV was too loud and the driver kept pressing the horn. 3hrs became 5hrs!

This company is awful and so is bookmebus. Just use the bus companies directly like Gisnt Ibis or Mekong Express for customer service that isn't useless.

what's the point of purchasing e-ticket when you have to get the ticket again from bus operator? I showed e-ticket to bus driver he told me to get the hard copy(actual ticket) from their store

Best hotel bus in East Asia so far! Perfect driving really safely. Really clean and confortable. I recommend it to you after a lot of bad experience with other buses
