Was sat on the coach then got told to change to a very old mini bus where the baggage hardly fit, seats were uncomfy, next to no air con and the suspension must not have worked as it was so bumpy

Please add seat selection option for buses.

The website was saying 3hours from PP to Kampot, and it took us 5h30 because the bus was going to Kep first and made a lot of stops during the journey. Next time, indicate all stops and actual arrival hour please

The bus was comfortable enough and made good time as we left in the evening of a Sunday. Although driving around the town and picking people up from all over takes FOREVER! They also give you a little coffee and a water.

Air conditioner isn't working well. It's hot during the trip. The staff and driver were eating a grilled chicken on the bus. Actually in my country, Thailand, we don't allow to do it. Smell quite bad on the van.

The bus itself wasn't too bad, offering sufficient legroom, space and air con if need be. The journey however was around two and a half hours longer than advertised and the driver's excessive and relentless horn honking was incredibly frustrating.

Pick up service did not show up for 15 min. I took a tuk tuk to the bus station myself. The coach is fine and arrived Sihanoukville 1 hour late

Departure 10 minutes later. Get on And get off many local people on the route, this IS not good. But the driver was excellent with his behavour, seats normall.. overall thanks . No wi fi. I will recommend your company to my friends

The bus was supposed to arrive at 15:15 but we actually arrived at 17:25. And on the website it said there would be WiFi and snacks, we received neither of those. The only positive thing was the driver was kind enough to stop when my friend had to pee.
