So far, it was a good trip. The worse point was the aircon: it was freezing in the bus!!!! Also, WiFi does not work well as it uses a standard 4G bridge shared by everyone. But we reached out destination on time without any problem.

Showed my emailed ticket and they gave me a physical copy. Just remember to bring a sweater and pants because the air conditioning works! Also bring headphones/earplugs because the driver needs to use his horn to safely drive on the highway.

I booked with internet and with water and tissue but got nothing.

The bus was 1,5h late (over a trip of 4h) then planned, but the bus stopped at random places to pick up/drop off individuals.. dont know if this is common

Overall, we were satisfied with this transportation. Not the same level as Giant Ibis but still quite good.

You posted 7:15 bus on your website but there’s no 7:15 bus. I had to wait for the 9:45 bus and I arrived at my destination 6 hours later. I am never going to use your website ever again.

Bus was not like the image in photo but adequate. 10 minutes late departing but that seems reasonable. Actually was a good experience. No complaits
