Just a small delay but that happens usually depending on the traffic. I missed free water and wifi, because there was nothing of mentioned. But in general the traveling with K.S.O. was okay.

Bus ran late. Over sold seats. Dropped off in wrong location.

KSO was not great. Told me when I boarded of a non listed stop due to Thailand Immigration not being open until 7:30a. This added 5-6 hours to the trip. Then was unexpectedly transferred to another "bus" which ended up being a mini van. (van was nice)

Driver was very rude and always on his cellphone. Had a near miss accident many times because of the driver's lack of attention on the road but instead most on his cellphone.

Good service, clean bus, cosy but enough space to have a decent rest. Only bad thing: bus left with at least half an hour delay in Phnom Penh and arrived 2 hours late in Sihanoukville, apparently due to some issues with a wheel that had to be fixed.

I was so disappointed when my friend arrived bus station and operator told her that there is no place for our 3 tickets. We had to argue to the seat that we have booked. KSO should improve their customer service. For other things are okay. Thanks.

i have not been informed that from Poipet to Bangkok is required another fee 300THB
