Trip took nine hours, not seven, which you must know by now how long it takes. So much confusion at the border and even before. Some clear instructions would go along way. Bus itself was fine.

Very pleased with the overall service provided by Long Phuong; from the initial questions I had re booking online to the actual journey and safe arrival via a border crossing in Phnom Penh. Full marks- well done!!

The driver was lovely, seats were comfortable, we arrived early, but the wifi didn't work and we didn't get water until the border. The inspector didn't give us any instructions about how to cross the border, just took our passports and ushered us around.

Bus left late. Picked up fandoms on way. Stopped on side of road for an hour with no communication as to why. Bud was hot and uncomfortable. Stopped once to grab food and use RR for 7 hour bud ride. Not satisfied.
