friendly staff, arrived safe. No WiFi

Bus was very spacious and clean. Bus left on time and arrived on time. Boarder crossing was very easy although they do take your passports but we had no issues. I would recommend this company

Overall the trip was great, however the inspector who checked tickets was very rude throughout. Constantly shouting and not very clear on instructions. Only stopped once for 5minutes in the whole trip. Have been on many buses in Asia, this guy was rude.

Everything great, comfy, on-time. Used before and would use again. Bus staff could just do with being a bit more polite and friendly - especially when passengers are polite and friendly to them.

The bus was very comfortable. Things were rather efficient. I think we could have made one less stop (skipping the first stop).

Air conditioning barely worked. It was extremely hot in the bus. A very uncomfortable ride all the way

I put off my shoes and the guy of the bus eanted absolutely to put them with the lugages... So I was without my shoes during the rests. Lucky me there were some flipflop that belongs to nobody :)
