I didn't used my ticket because I changed my mind and have gone to Cambodia by Ha Tien. I wish to be able to get a refund but it was not possible

1st time using this web. I booked online and selected seat I preferred. Got email a day later with a different seat. I don't like that. I don't jave any problems with other website but this one. I AM NOT HAPPY.

It’s my second time to ride Long Phuong bus company. Always kind and try to make customer comfortable.

Great experience. Comfy bus, practically had the whole thing to myself, good AC. Free water bottle and they print your Vietnam visa for you. Left a little late but that was because a passenger was late. Smooth process at the border. Recommended!

The seats on the bus are very comfortable and you are provided with water. We even arrived in Ho Chi Minh half an hour earlier than planned.
