Driver play phone while driving! I am feeling not safe at all!! On the way back i tried to sleep but the assistant listen to his phone sooooo noisy i can not sleep and getting angry. I will never use your company anymore!!!

Clean, spacious and punctual. Border crossing extremely fast and efficient. Driver must be Vietnamese as he was blowing the horn for each and every motorcycle which was bit annoying, but you get used to it.

Overall is ok. The seat are spacious and comfortable. However, when I went from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh, they give water. But when I went back from HCM to PP, they don't even give water.

Get used to a driver that uses the horn every 30 seconds, scaring motorbike riders when passing. After 1 min I knew the driver was Vietnamese and not Khmer (as Khmer only use the horn in cases of emergency). Great service at the border, quick transfer.

I use Long Phuong frequently. However,this journey the AC was way too cold. Passengers shivering and wearing jackets. The Assistant on the bus ignored requests to make it warmer. I got sick as a result. May use another company in the future. And no wifi.
