I searched much about Phnom Phenh to HCM. here is the cheapiest with nice seat. same price other BUS seat is 2-2. this bus i s2-1. bus conductor is so helpfull and nice. strongly recommend

Had an okay trip. The bus is a bit old. The back of the bus vibrates too much and even the seats. There were boxes on the empty seats. The staff are friendly and helpful, though.
