Late to leave and arrive PP on 06:30 am...

Because the road was broken we had to walk with all our luggage through the mud for up to an hour to the border. Some notice could of prepared us for this horrible scenario

Bus took 7h30 was not match with the duration that mentioned on ticket and please make the briefing formality at the border more clear.

Okay until we got to the Cambodian border. Long delay getting exit cards and visas processed. Older bus with uncomfortable seats, inadequate air cond and no WiFi. Bad roads in Cambodia and the delays at the border resulted in a 2 1/2 hour longer trip.

I like the staff and the driver on how they deal with people except the bus was quite old and the trip from Saigon to Cambodia was 2 hours delayed but going back to Saigon was on time. However, I do recommend Mekong Express.

The service was ok, but giant ibis is much better. The minivan left 30 mins late with no explanation and arrived 1hr late. People were picked up and dropped between the stations, and the driver blasted terrible karaoke music for the 2nd half of the trip.

Driver spent too much time on the phone while driving, it is dangerous. Driver picked up people on the road and dropped them also on the road, so we arrived later than planned in Battambang
