Wie immer bis jetzt in Kambodscha, gute Fahrt mit Mekong Express, anständiger Fahrstiel und recht freundliche Angestellte. Drop off dort, wo angegeben, keine Tricksereien. Nur die Verspätung von einer Stunde gibt etwas Abzug.

I will never take this bus again. giant ibis was amazing I took them 3 times and my one experience on Mekong express was horrible. The WiFi didn’t work AT ALL, half of the bus smelled of nail polish and nasty curry balls and shit. Take giant ibis please.

Satisfactory service. The state of the road is not the driver's responsibility.

The minivan was on time. It was a good journey. I just wish the driver at least greet the passengers and inform when it is time to stop for lunch break or toilet break. Not just stop the van and expect us to understand.

We were 3 hours later than advertised and missed our 3pm ferry. Driver said he would have the company refund our 3pm ferry via island speed ferry (2 people)

Driver and guide didn't call me while i was waiting until 8:30 bus.

Bought a round trip ticket and was scammed on the return trip. No ticket. Had to buy another. No help from staff. Customer service is terrible. After multiple pleas nothing. Even emails not answered. Don’t book online.
