Unnecessary stop overs that could be lessen so travel time can be shorten. 8hrs travel and not 6hrs. They assisted us and very helpful when crossing Vietnam to Cambodia. Bus is a bit old but you get the service for the price you pay for.

Driver drove recklessly. Assistant was rude and didn't explain clearly anything. Bus old and seat was broken. Air conditioning was not working a lot. Driver was rude to the passengers and to the foreigner, he was not respecting them. Bad Experience.

No complaints whatsoever. Good driver, very kind and helpful assistant. Great experience.

The car has problems with the lights! Company should check it well before putting it into service!

Took the bus to Battambang and thr driver was polite and drove safely.

Recommend Mekong Express extent route from Phnom Penh to Surin Thailand (Khmer people always travel to Surin for Medical Treatment and Surin near Cambodia than Bangkok)
