Excellent transportation, safe driver, ontime departure, confortable VIP van, good wifi
the trip from saigon to phnom penh started from 8.30 to 5.30 pm . there was some stop overs to the borders which took time. had lunch stop over too . it was kinda traffic that time so it took ages to arrived to phnom penh which is very traffic city too ,
You should improve your AC. We were not comfortable because it was too hot during the whole trip.
The beds are small for a tall person, but otherwise, we were very happy with the night bus. It was actually safer than during the day with local traffic on the roadway. It was also good that there were beds for individuals so you didn't have to share.
No water and biscuit complement for those who pick up outside the bus station.
