It was a great experience booking my tickets with BookMeBus. I just had to show my phone with the barcode and there was no problem. The whole process was fast and painless. I would definitely use this again.

The trip was very fast. We only spent 10 minutes at both border crossings and there was little traffic on the road. The air worked well and the seats in the first row of the mini bus are comfortable and wide.

The gears were broken and it smelled burnt half the time. The AC didn't work and we had 3 hours delay

your are so big buses company, no concern to care consumer feedback. You Bus is the worst I met in my life, how can technical gear box spoil & bus Aircond are warm wind blow. I won't recommend to our related business client's.

The bus was old and it had no seatbelt and no leg space.

they don't give me blanket, water and snacks! they change my sheat without my consideration. they treat me like iam cambodian! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I love the bus itself.. I have plenty of room to move my feet. I also like how accomodating the guide was. The transition from Vietnam border to Cambodia border was also smooth and fast. I would definitely book again here.
