The driver was good and friendly. talking about punctuality it is heard because i came on the 12th of April. I arrived at night in Bang Kok was full of traffic and people. so it's heard for driver to keep the time.However i was enjoyed travelling with you

Bad service at all, no call to inform customer, Sihanoukville branch not responsibility and resolve for customer.

Our seats were broken, so we tilted in to each other. That was unpleasant for a 4 hour trip!

Bed not really comfortable.

I don't know why? During 16 April 2019, I booked ticket from Siem Reap to Battambang by bookmebus by choose Mekong Express, it shows bus and mini bus and leave at 8 am and I choosed mini bus but the company told me it's wrong by bookmebus.

Cannot rate this ride as I did not go on that bus

I booked on bookmebus, and chose a seat at front because I get car sick, but on the day of my trip the seat number I booked doesn’t exist (my seat was 4D and there’s only 3 rows on the bus), then staff asked me to seat at the back and it’s uncomfortable!
