The bus had problems with he engine along the way and all passengers had to disembark for a while.

Unfortunately the food at the lunch stop made me unwell. Please consider stopping at a different restaurant for lunch. Also, I think the wifi stopped after the Vietnam border. Please consider providing wifi for the entire trip. The staff were great.

Nice service and on time !!!

First and foremost the driver drove in a safe manor not to fast and didn’t take unneed chances. Air con didn’t work so well but could have been worse. I have already booked the trip back with Mekong express also loading was smooth no issues at boarding

Safe driver and Nice and clean mini van. Got us to Sihanoukville in a bit over 4 hours. Perfect match for our ferry. The driver even drop us directly at the pier! Great!

My experience with Mekong Express is very favourable, my only comment is the journey time quoted needs to be more accurate, in all the trips not once did the journey meet the given arrival time, the best was 20 min the worst 1hr 45 min late
