Comfortable bus, but set off 20 mins late

Departure and arrival at time. A break of 20 minutes at the half. The van is very Nice and clean, seats can be lowered.

Didn't sit according to the seat, it was too crowded. I couldn't stretch my legs and the air conditioner wasn't cold enough.

I don't feel I was told that when I bought two tickets, they would be sharing one space. Perhaps I missed where it said this. Also, the space was incredibly cold and I could not turn off the AC, and the blanket was so tiny and thin. I couldn't sleep.
