Better than expected, everything worked! We read bad reviews in google and tripadvisor and we were a bit scared, but everything was correct! I would even recommend this for going from Sihanoukville to Kampot.

The bookmebus website gave the departure location as Serendipity Beach Road. It was not there. A local person said it was somewhere downtown but we did not know exactly where. We did not travel and had to make alternative arrangements. Would not recommend

VIP Minibus was quite old and had not enough horse power to overtake slow vehicles. Driver was too risky. We arrived later in PP as tragic was too busy. Expected time frame for trip from SHV to PP should be adapted as not realistic.

Half hour late

The bus arrived 1:30 hour late. Then the driver made me sit at the back of the bus regardless of my seat number. So I sat all the trip long on luggages. There were no space at all and all of this only because he let his colleagues sit confirtably in front

The ride was canceled so I was transfered to Champa Mekong bus. and the main reason I booked CTT was to avoid Champa mekong. Champa mekong was 6 dollars in camboticket but I booked CTT in bookmebus just because of that reason. This should be compensated.

Bus driver always shouting in the phone all the journey long. Horrible. The bus was 1h30 late !!!!

The trip was terrible, we stopped before the destination..

We arrived 2 hours late in Phnom Penh because we stopped in kampot and it supposed to be a direct bus arriving in Phnom Penh at 20 o'clock, we arrived at 22!
