This bus service is literally cancer.

The bus was 1,5 hour late before we even departed. The journey itself was smooth but we hadn't enough space for all languages so a little bit uncomfortable to have all languages in the leg space. Also, no water provided how it's common in other buses.

Horrible drive from Sihanoukville to Kampot. We (16 customers) were squeezed like cattle in a van for 10 people. The driver drove like a maniac. Many potholes on the way but the driver did not slow down. If you want to live don't use this company!

The depature office address on the ticket doesn’t exist anymore because it has been knocked down! We had to ask a tuk tuk driver to take us to the new location and the bus was over 1 hour late.

Wrong location on map for pick up: use google map and it would show the right place. It was 1 hour late! Comfortable seats with A/C. Good driver. Good service at the drop off area: the girls help us contact our hotel for pick up.

Van was late, and overbooked, did not get the seats we reserved, but was lucky to get on at all. Driver was fast and efficient

The van had a problem. So we wait 30m before a man came with a car, but CTT wanted 5 people in !(so 4 people at the back). As we refused to spend 3hours in this conditions we paid 10$ more to go in a other car...

The address for departure is wrong. They didn’t respect our seats numbers, they were late and took around 4 hours.

The service and punctuality were terrible. Had to wait a couple hours for the bus. Then they said we get a private taxi, the bus is going straight to Phnom Penh.

The bus itself was comfortable and spacious, what should have been a 4 hour trip was over 7! The bus was late to start with, we proceeded to have not 1 but 2 flat tyres during the trip. To top it off we got dropped off to location different to informed.
