The address on the website is wrong, so I wasted my time and my money going to the incorrect place. Then you cancelled my trip cause you got “problems with the air conditioner of the van”. So I had to wait 3 more hours to go in a horrible bus from another

Absolute nightmare. Almost missed the ferry to Koh Rong because the 5 hour drive from Phnom Penh took SEVEN hours instead. We had two flat tires (driver hit every pothole in Cambodia) and then stopped for a “rest” even though we were already running late.

Rude and irresponsible staff, their talk are like shit Will never go and ride that fucking bus again

Absolute disgrace. We arrived at CTT depot in Kampot where our transport had been cancelled without being informed. Me and my girlfriend were put into a car with 6 locals doing a good supply run to Sihanoukville. We had no idea what was happening. Furious

Not Professional, we bought 3 ticket online, seat no 3, 4, 5 but reality we at back seat. late almost 1 hour & to many stop.

No seat belt, one hour late, dangerous driving even upsetting local drivers. I wouldn’t choose CTT ever again. Only go with the Post van

The driver was 1 hour late. The entire trip was insufferable due to loud music and several kids playing in the van with no seatbelt.

Very bad service, Bus always late

We have waited at a a roundabout during 45min, we found help to call the company that forgot us. They came to pick up by tuk tuk, then then sens us with another tuktuk to another company. The substitution bus left 45 min after ours and dropp off very far

Bus was over an hour late, there was no-one at the CTT office and no update for customers
